Redline already spent a large wack on legal trying to get out of it. Nobody wants to pay if they don't have to.
Redline realized in the end that they were SOL and they had to settle for a deal that commits them for a lifetime!!!!
The redline payment may of been small, but Redline are a penny-anti company anyway.
We are going after the gorillas, where the big $$$$$ in royalty payments will be found.
CIsco and Nortel now realize that Wimax is the real deal. Fortunatly for Wilan shareholders Hatim realized this long time ago.
Wilan will be king of the mountain soon enough.
