Thanks greatly for full report on cross-appeal.

I have read cross-appeal specifically relating INTEL ISSUE and I do not fully comprehend INTEL ISSUE. Cross-Appeal states Wilan wants re-instatement to 145 million . Then states New trial.

Intel chips were used in IP hpone 6 and 7 at issue. My understanding that after iphone 7 Apple went to different chips.

In view of above comments, what is your interpretation of future effect in terms of dollar materiality. Do we have a separate trial for additional amounts?

With respect to your comment re Motorola . We have very active case for wilful infringement relating to our LTE 4G and patents relating 924, and 743.

Your estimate of value is extremely accurate of between 350 and 400 million if successful.

I had estimate of 360 million which agrees to your figure.

145 plus 75 unadjudicated= 220plus 50 interest & 270 US or360 canadian.

Astutein, I read the Intel chips point as trying to create negotiating leverage, since Wilan's brief only asks that it be considered if a new trial is awarded.
