It might be that there simply is no Apple sur-reply. I don't think there's any need for them to submit one and in some ways it can be tactically preferable not to. You want to create the impression that you've made your arguments in your single submission and there's no need to say anything more--i.e., your arguments are so solid that the other side can make 20 submissions and it

mrmoriund- Valid comments.  Our cross-appel appeared very powerful.  Apples'original arguments appeared to debated on all of their weak arguments.  Our cross- appeal attacked the numerous errors of the judge in admitting evidence which apple can not address asJudge was in their favour. No sur-reply sounds good to me.
