Thanks greatly for your time is researching Patent number.   I know very little about Patent cases in Canada but in terms of timeline it cannot be worse than US with PTAB and delays. The very fact that case is for semiconductors is important because Random Access Memory is used by almost all  Apple products sold in Canada and therefore should be material if successful.
