V-G  i have information on another case where settlemeent may be being drafted.????

The case is    TREEHOUSE AVIATOR  VS VALVE 

Case has been o/s since 2017.

On Sept 23,2021 Notation in diary notes states

Sept23/2021 -Order on Motion for Summary Judgement

A  summary judgement is a motion  brought by one party against another to have a case decided summarily without going to trial    Either a plantiff or defendant in a civil suit may makemotion for
summary judgement.

I believe this action is in use normal motions stage prior to trial. The court in WA has said they will set a trial date when the motions are dealt with.
