Overall low insignificant volume trading except Cormack and CIBC appearing to agree to swap shares around $2.85. CIBC could be short-changing their own sellers/customers to fill Cormack's pockets because the price appears to want to rise but they keep smacking it down IMO.

CIBC is the MM for QTRH! ( think) As that they think they own the rights to manipulate sp to fit their bottom line! Pay attention newbees.... Eventually they will have no choice but to let demand strip supply!  Imho.

Cormark consistently has profiled QTRH as a technical top pick.  It was again yesterday.  Their small cap TSX technical fund has outperformed the market by 5X since inception. Pay attention.
