Not with this guy as chair that has a history of issuing himself cheap options.  He has been involved with banruptcies and cease trade orders for FOUR separate companies as a Director.   And now he is the CEO of a 1 penny stock... and is likely completely focused on Lendified over Quarterhill. and what exactly is your point?  grasping at  straws.  this is a workout of an underperforming company. happens all the time; i've done a few of these myself.  maybe the change-out-the-board chorus, starting with gillberry, will get their wish. i still smell fear.
