Wanttoknowwhy, what do you think of the idea of ETC migrating to a ITS software provider to companies that operate roadway ITS solutions?

cabbie, I would like to see whole ITS industry use ETC's financial transaction systems (dynamic pricing, back office, clearing house technologies etc..) as a standard for all financial transactions (eg,  smart roadway management,  smart cities, smart railway, aviation, maritime, parking, transit and car renting, etc)... ETC is responsible for the systems' maintenance, systems

That is a strategic option that needs to be fully eveluated.   Exciting times ahead.  The strategy developed and implemented in the next year will drive the business for the next 10 years, maybe more.

I think what is not talked about enough is that a rich very successful entrepreneur (who coul easily retired) could be convinced to join a new startup ITS with a terrible track record and questionable board! How is it that much smaller transportation video & data solutions company Gatekeeper (GSI), reports profits on much less revenue last few QTR's and all you continue to see reported here is numbers with brackets? Check and see how big the board is over there. GSI should buy out QTRH and run the company, then you would see some

No problem...Quarterhill should move to the TSX.V and everything will be better. LOL. Gatekeeper is profitable but its $2,604,000 cash on hand, at last reporting, will need to be beefed up. Go Gatekeeper! Go Jays!

Gatekeeper can just issue shares & use the $61M cash from QTRH. QTRH had $122.9M in cash end of June/22 and has not much to show for the differnce today anyways, LOL!

I see your point i hope you are right that he see a dream opportunity to turn this company around and make it proitable. As of coming out of retirment. They may have come out of retierment because they were bored at home decided they can come out of retirmenrt for easy paycheck paying them well regardless if the company is sucsfull or not.what do theyhave to lose.
