I hope they get all their ducks in a row come Monday morning, the stock pops nicely and I can exit after 15 years of owning the stock.

I wouldn't sell. Rogers will be bought in1 -2 years. By who?- You will have to do your own work but I've figured it out. Hang on to those shares because in a takeover they will be worth a lot more.
