Valuation

Valuation I've spent some time comparing Rock's assets with the current valuations given by the market to other companies in the area. I've also looked a recent acquisitios but pretty sparse here. Anyways, for what it's worth, it looks to me like Rock should be able to fetch a price of around $2 a share or maybe a bit more. Their NAV is $3.67 so perhaps there is more yet but my best guess would be a takeover in the $2.00-$2.25 range. Whatever it maybe, FrontFour and Franklin seem to be on board or else why postpone twice to elect a new board in order to give more time to make a deal?
