Has the wind shifted?

I posted here a few weeks back that REAL was good value at $14. Watching the trading today and yesterday, I am wondering what has changed in a month? Especially after a bunch of analyst downgrades.

I would have liked to see a double bottom get put in, and a base building between $14-$15.50. Instead the chart is saucer shaped which suggests accumulation.

The big price jump and volume spike yesterday suggests to me that a bunch of people have decided to pile in before earnings announcement tomorrow.

So... is this a "buy on rumour and sell on news" situation? Or have the headwinds shifted to a tailwind?

I haven't seen any analyst upgrades, so I am scratching my head here. I don't see much value here at $17.50 buy maybe the $ numbers will be better than expected.

Your guess is as good as mine.

I think the former CEO agreed to sell all of his shares in a short period of time. Selling is now over.
