What Lucas has arranged is a two tiered share structure.
Every investment analyst will tell you to stay away.

You get all the risk they get all the reward.
They don't have to make good on the warrants for 10 years and don't ahve to becasue the perfs give them the company.

If a buyout or takeout were to happen all the warrants would be paid out first again coming right out of your pocket.

The only hope and a slim one is this deal dies or someone comes along and does an all share take over so you can participate as part of that company.

This take over by PP is nothing new but it always has the same outcome for existing shareholders.

You read my posts.
I did not guess. I have seen it before.
