RE:RE:Pulled Guidance

RE:RE:Pulled GuidanceNo I did not. I must be giving up as I did even give it consideration and I always listen to CCs.

Anyway that money was covered in the added buyout price but it does not matter.
The numbers I highlighted are for the business.
Their reoccuring rev is making up more and more of their Rev. This means less and less new business.

For the first fime Lucas has not flaunted his increasing order backlog but he did pull guidance. Put 2 and 2 together.

ESW doesn't care about the short term pain as they see it as a way of getting the rest cheap.
remember they have control.
Any action put forward gets approved.
Something like the bankrupt security company taking up the remaining shares (if the price drops enough) to do a reverse takeover and get relisted.
This then gives EWS instantaneous equity for their bankrupt digital security company without the hassle of going throuh a listing process.

I have smelled this stink before and this is what I smell.
