How about this

Current Market cap +-165 million,  Debt +- 125 million = +-290 million  Say Company X comes in with a +-30% premium bid for the company  so 30% of 165 million is $49.5 million.   ...more

Great post. Sums up our issues very well. It's a great management team when it comes to day to day operations but they seem to have no interest in the share holders.
