RMP Energy better than other O&G stocks
Compared to other Albertan Companies, RMP is better regarding operating efficiency, cash flow, Debt over cash flow ratio. So, why the SP is going down? It is simple hedging by big boys. Since RMP is a small cap, we see the big amplification of any terbulance in the market. In my opinion, this is a buying opportunity. Here story by shorts have no ground:
1) Greece has no impact on any canadian O&G stocks
2) Current carbon pricing has very insignificant impact on RMP. Though that will affect other mid-sized companies which operates big plant
3)Royalty review, if at all is effective, it will not be before 2017. The current government will not try to be unpopular in Alberta debut. Matter is simple.
So, I am buying as I see good future and return in investment.
