RE:RE:RE:WTF I was waiting for something like the 2008/2009 crisis. The housing deals available in the U.S.A were once in a life time opportunity. I was telling every one that would listen by US real estate, table pounding!
There was blood in the streets then too. I had to ask myself will the U.S.A be around for the next 20-30 years? When my answer was yes, I had my answer.
The same thing will happen in Canadian Oil and Gas
Will we use oil and gas over the next 20-30 years? Will we use more tomorrow than today? My answer is yes. So the only questions are when and at what price.
This is not my first rodeo, Some of us Albertans have seen the 80's This has happened before, it is happening now, and it will happen again in the future.
