RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeover rumours abound

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeover rumours aboundNet Income and retained earnings mean jack all of E&Ps especially juniors.

What really matters are your asset base and production which directly translate into your cash flow (funds from operations) and net debt. You want to see what RMP trades at based on  production, reserves, cash flow and net debt vs. the industry.

As long as you are making cash flow and keeping your debt in check especially in these markets, you are doing well.

Now RMP have an excellent asset base and is severly discounted based on it cash flow. Incoming drilling results are solid which means more reserves will get proved up and economical.

Most importantly, RMP's debt levels are at 1.5x Cash flow vs industry average (3-4x).

This is how you value producers, not based on net income or RE which are subject top accounting manipulations.
