RE:CIBC reportWell, that must be an old report. There are concerns, the main one being how much the sp will be when they sell, IF they sell. Also TD and 15 other analysts suggest buy. But they consider past charts and earnings etc. They consider facts, not speculation. But this is a highly speculative stock and the sp reflects that.
