RE:HATE TO SAY IT BUTTrump will be good for Alberta. His policies will be catalysts to pushing much needed projects such as pipelines and shelving stupid expensive others like wind farms. Alberta's NDP no doubt will carry on their insane harmful doctrine of tax and regulate Alberta's energy industry but at least there won't be the umbrella justification of reciprocation with our American competitors. LNG may yet happen under a more manageable approval - Petronas just needs to have the guts to push it as a now or never opportunity before the Americans totally wipe it off the map with more coastal LNG plants servicing Permian and Marcellus gas exports.
