RE:RE:CKE Becoming Analyst Darling?

RE:RE:CKE Becoming Analyst Darling?Profit, I agree with your assessment of CKE.  I've watched them accumulate huge postions of undeveloped land while racking up big debt but not really taking to plunge trying to develop a liquids rich core area.  They probably do have some decent liquids rich Montney lands still to the north of Gold Creek in Elmworth but either with unwilling partners or poor infrastructure access.  I think CKE must have really badly needed the cash for Gold Creek - I just can't see them parting with that great land base AND that all important infrastructure component.

I could see Gold Creek yields hitting 100 bbls/mmcf numbers and time will definitely tell.  At the relatively shallow depth of 2200m, sweet reservoir, high liquids yields, strong IP's and reserves, nearby infrastructure and low population density - not to mention being south of some of the worst TCPL bottleneck issues I think RMP's economics with $55 oil will turn heads and give them a deserved share price boost.
