Kickhorse just got taken out
Kickinghorse energy has been acquired by a Polish producer. Assets similar to RMP located in the Kakwa area of the Montney area.
Metrics:
Production: $89,000/boe/d
Reserves: $11.8/boe
Cash flow: 11x
Applying those metrics, RMP is worth:
$7.00 based on production
$2.80 based on reserves
$7.60 based on cash flow
IMO, RMP will get taken out anywhere between $3.50 - $5.00.
