Is this company any where near bankruptcy? like what happened to PRE.to after they rejected the $4.50 buyout offer then the stock fell to a low of 0.67cents and got delisted from the tsx.

they are also still paying down the debt. Big missteps where not selling the company sooner. Buying more land and not drilling more wells or improving flow of current wells.
