It seems as though one of the most common complaints on this page is the management and their lack of action. They have now said they are getting some consultation and no-one seems happy about that either. I'm looking forward to some change.

Hiring a consultant and hiring an agent are entirely different things! A junior Canadian oil company needing to hire consultants to determine significant internal decisions is ridiculous. Junior oil companies live in a relatively small world and all the players, both big and small are well known to each other. Hiring outside decision making for a Canadian junior oil company is an absolute sign of

You're just misinformed and spewing no factual opinions. Peters etc are not hired because the board and mgmt are at odds and they are the arbitrator.

Dudes,   You are just wasting your, and reader's, time arguing about things that are now irrelevant, or just make no sense.   In the process you forgot about certain facts, such as:   1. RMP has initiated a process to review strategic alternatives...    It's a simple fact, so never mind why did it happen and whose fault is it.   2. RMP has
