NuVista Announces $90 Million Bought Deal Equity Financing
An offer of between 5 and 6 shares of NVA for each share of RMP and it's all over.. Pure speculation of course - just an exmple of a possible transaction.
In any event, I would be surprised and dissappointed if there is lack of interest and only a few low premium bids.

Sorry, I meant to say one share of NVA for 5-6 shares of RMP.

it's a matter of debt and RMP's debt overhang is a significant headwind.

I really wonder why RMP spent $7.5 million in June and bought that Montney acreage in Gold Creek. They should have reduced their debt instead.
