Company listened: new top, & chairman directs 11 mln shares
They're making the VP of exploration, responsible for Gold Creek, President. I'd say that says a lot:
"Mr. Grimwood has been Vice President, Exploration of RMP since May 2011 and has been instrumental in assembling the Company’s Montney acreage position in West Central Alberta. Mr. Grimwood stated, “I am pleased to have the opportunity to move our business plan forward while continuing to develop our exceptional suite of Montney assets for the benefit of all shareholders.”
Also main complaint was not the assets but managament and their shareholder orientation. The new chairman directs/owns 11 mlns and says this:
"Mr. Young commented, “I am honored to be appointed Chairman of RMP. I am focused on alignment between the Company and its shareholders, which should be well-served by the highly-skilled incoming President, Jon Grimwood, and his strong management team”.
We're up in a sea of red on good volume - draw your own conclusions...

RMP had 2 directors that were also Directors of TBE (Chairman and past CEO) which went into Receivership 5 months ago, one of whom (the one that resigned) is a partner at Burnet Duckworth which is Rmp's law firm.

Yes, I am glad they are getting their house in order. Glad someone picked up on the TBE directors. Now that one of them is gone I will buy a few. GLTA
