Josh and his fund now control the board, and the business. There is no proxy fight, no demands to make an offer to all shareholders - the old board just packed and left. Any idea what is going on? I just hope they sell the company to one of it's neighbors or whomever and put an end to it.

don't get it, the old directors were just voted on and approved. How do you just swap out new for old? How does Josh now have this pull, he's a piss ant fund manager from Houston, now adds two buddies from Houston. He's been buying big so betting on himself which isn't bad but don't get how he seems to be running the show while owning 7.6% of the float. Hope he's selling us
