RE: Opportunity Knocks? Or Knocks You Down?

RE: Opportunity Knocks? Or Knocks You Down?jdstox - you speak with common sense.  Not too hard to tell who on this board as a lot of money invested in RVX.  The more money invested the more positive is found in this failure. I owned RVX for a short period of time about 10 years ago. I seriously considered buying in January of 2013.  Looked like I should have for a couple of months.  The biggest reason I didn't is because I didn't want to lose my investment in a matter of a couple of minutes.  A similar situation happened with NPC in December, 2012 and there is nothing left of the company.  These so called "drug companies" trading on the TSX are very fickle.  How many of them have actually struck gold?
I really appreciate your comments as they are not affected by your holdings.
