Re:Re: ABCA1 and virtual histologyBearDownAZ as you say there does seem to be a synergistic effect here. When the virtual histology data comes out, IF the CRP numbers are down in treated populations would this be scientifically linkable to the positive MACE signal that this trial has obtained?
With improvement in plaque composition (according to DM) and an apparent synergy between Rosuvistatin and RVX-208 it is looking quite intrigueing especially in light of the patent protection that successfully combining of these two drugs would bring. Lots of hurdles but looking much better than June 27th
