RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:INTERESTING ARTICLE RE cholesterol EFFLUX AS MEASURE OF HDL Hi GV, essentially what this means is that through the process of cholesterol eflux, a greater number associted with this biomarker indicates that more choesterol efflux is taking place. When it is "inversely associated with the incidence of cardiovascular events" it means that as more cholesterol efflux takes place (a bigger biomarker number) that fewer cardiovascular events are found to be taking place. This is a good thing for us.
