Hi Bear, 
Thanks for the post, could you provide any detail as to why the CETP inhibitors currently in trials are anticipated to succeed where the other CETP inhibitors failed?  I realize that RVX's "garbage bag" analogy of CETP inhibition is probably overly simplistic but at a very basic level of logic it does make sense.  This to me begs the question as to what is special about the Lily and Merck progams?  Also, with the CETP inhibitors, how big a deal is their lengthy systemic retention in your opinion?
