1) I might be inclined to agree that $100 million might be a good deal for RVX's IP but aren't you the guy who a few weeks ago was only giving phase 3 a 40% chance of success?  In any event management and other shareholders would have to agree to it unless there was no other option but default.  Then as I said you would likely see a fire sale as opposed to an actual default. I doubt if either will be the case.

2) I'm in no way associated with RVX other than as a shareholder.  I pick up the phone and go to meetings to ask questions just like anybody else can.  In my previous posts you will find at times I have been quite critical of management and my criticisms of the past have been similar to some of yours in fact.  I just don't see your doomsday scenario as very likely two years from now

3) In what juristiction do warrants have voting rights? none in Canada for sure.  You are letting your inexperience show
