RE:IR

RE:IRI don't know how many publicly traded companies there are in Canada, but I imagine it has to be in the thousands....probably 3 or 4 thousand.  I just checked, over 3,900 on both the TSX and Venture...and then there's the CSE.

Enough complaints are made about the toothless SEC in the United States...and given our patchwork of provincial regulating agencies I can only assume enforcement is even more lax here in Canada.

I have voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction with IR so many times that they have since told me they're no longer going to be respoinding to my emails.  Boo Hoo, like they ever provided me with satisfactory answers....always just promises to do better and then more failures.

With all that being said I am willing to cut them some slack on the HL USA ROFR agreement.  According to the PR when it was announced it expired on April 15th....so now its expired.  That same PR said that if the agreement was terminated, that some or all of the $8 million paid would be refunded....but termination and expiration could be two different things.

Given the lack of an update I'm assuming that the ROFR expired with the company under no obligation to make any payments whatsover....its dead.  If at some later date we find out that the company extended the ROFR or made any type of arrangment regarding this ROFR without disclosing it......

I don't want to go there....and I hope I don't have to.
