By as early as late next week the Federal Government will break Canada's Constitution Act 1982 by imposing an unconstitutional mandate that removes the irrevocable Right To Ones Own Autonomy And Anatomy.

Section 1 applies to every section of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. This section allows limits on our rights and freedoms when the limitation can be justified by the government.

Really?   And let's not forget that Trudeau Pere, to whom you owe the Charter, was coerced into the notwithstanding clause by the recaltricant provinces. Provision 1. Dibah420 The not withstanding clause is Section 33 which does not apply to Section 1
