The following excerpt (IMO) is the key to Sherritts future in regards to SP upswing and overal value:

• The acquisition of Royal Utilities reduces Sherritt's overall risk profile, and

along with Sherritt's Power division, provides a steady stream of cash flows

that will help fund Sherritt's extensive capex program.

I am looking forward to their 2Q report on earnings from the now fully owned coal sector. It is my understanding that many of the present coal contracts with the Utility people are now up for renewal amd should enhance Sherritt's cash-flow greatlly. At present time the value of thewe assets are not included in their overall worth!
