RE:This is what Takota wanted in 2014Amazing - all these things are still 100% relevant now!  Yes these things would be extremely welcome - management and directors must have skin in the game and be rewarded on performance (stock options) and have small salaries; lean operations and minimal overhead helps the bottom line and sends the right message, CEO with proven track record of delivering results for shareholders is crucial.

Still even with all these issues, shares should be easily trading at $2+, possibly higher.  Big time maniupuation continues with the MMs throwing few hundred thousand shares walls up all the time.  But if Ni remains around $7, this artifical lid on share price will be blown to pieces with time.
