The simplest answer is it's a leveraged bet on a leveraged stock. Could work out well if cobalt and nickel make a serious run which I think could well happen. If it doesn't work out the amount of cash spent on the warrants is not significant. Some things to consider Shanghai inventory declined by 10% last week, LME inventory continues to be relentless in it's drawdown, new gigfactory plans are added to the mix almost weekly, HPAL plant in Indonesia is 8 months away from even getting enviromental permitting, Indonesia is turning anti-chinese/resource nationalist this election cycle, new NPI furnaces in Indonesia are taking longer to come on line than expected, Onca Puma lost it's last appeal in Brazil ......they could be shut down. Many reasons that nickel could be trading much higher in the not so distant future. If it does Sherritts SP will spike. The warrants will look like a bargin if it does.
