-Canada, set up a green field mine. Good luck it look years just to get a natural gas pipe line up and running. Just for a environment impact study, I can just see 3yrs min then the feasibility study, and then very one has to havetheir voice heard. It is fine to say green because we will use hydro Electricity but what about the unspoken waste tailings. Yup
-US, not in my back yard, just like us in Canada
So with other major nickel reserves in the world, play nice with Australia and Brazil
