RE:RE:RE:RE:TD Note April 21: Q1 EPS $0.14 EBITIDA $27mil NAV $1.77Why do all you guys on this platform insist on looking at financial reporting in EPS and Net Income?  If I were you, I would focus on the only two things that matter:  1) Ebitda and 2) FCF.  FCF being the ultimate goal. It is Ebitda/FCF that are used in the formula to pay back the bonds in Oct for the excess cash flow sweep...not EPS or Net Income.  

I do agree that these Analysts are so far behind the curve it is ridiculous.  I suspect 1Q22 Ebitda will be about 3x what TD predicts it will be and that 2Q22 Ebitda will be greater than his entire 2022 Ebitda target.  He moved up his Ni price for the year and moved Ebitda lower by about $10mm to $94mm for the year.  NDCC should still be U$4.25 as Co and Fertilizer balance out diesel, sulphur and transportation. May 11th will tell us the story.
