Might be getting ahead of myself, but the company could start buying back stock once the LT debt/bonds have been taken care of.

With the current mgmt team's reduced risk tolerance, I don't see any major expansions or business diversification happening any time soon aside from the modest expansion and efficiency initiatives currently underway. So as long as NI spot remains strong, mgmt will need to find a use for the CF. Buying back stock would put upward pressure on SP and IMO be positively received by the market, unlike a typical reverse split. Just requires a bit more patience to see results...
