This stock will go much higher as they clear this inventory, continue to pay off debt and continue to receive 21 mil in cobalt swap a quarter. They are in the position to be debt free by the end of the year. I would expect they don't pay it all down perhaps 200mill. Either way there will be oodles of cash lying around. It will be important that they do the smart things with that cash, as that has not been their history. This will come out of the penalty box at some point and insttutions will take notice.
