Why did Clearwater go public when it did?

Breaching 10% on the first trading day after SU pricing period?  Two weeks before AGM record date of March 17?  I anticipate we will find out in the weeks and months ahead. even though they ticked the box on their filing form saying they were not intending on initiating a proxy, etc., obviously that could change.

Yeah the timing was kind of interesting.  Reading the G&B article, they do not appear to be the kind of investors that will sit on their bottom waiting for an eventual rerating, more like traders looking for catalyst And they do like complicated post bankruptcy situation. Sherritt does fit the bill.    So I would expect fireworks to start sooner than later.    Anyway ...more
