Bindell and Rusnell need to be fired!
they have no idea how to run the refinery in fort Saskatchewan. They let go or poisoned their most knowledgeable managers a year ago and see the results today! Paula Mitchell was a disaster and left a total mess! 
Bring back Vydra and Fermandell, Fischer and Engle to name a few that knew how to keep the plant running at peak performance !
Acid plant is in ruins and now we have to buy acid!!
rookie mistakes with million dollar assets isn't a good thing!
Air compressor fiasco, engineering decisions are up side down! 
it's going to get worse with an aging plant and inexperienced lack of talent !

Word is, She fooled them for a year, disorganized the maintenance , engineering and reliability department. Then skipped over to Shell next door for a lower role! Replaced with another person that will be in charge of asset management but doesn't have to be onsite.  Isn't that great, manage assets without even knowing what assets you manage!  sherritt doesn't / hasn'
