Another example of how this type of company operates. The executives don't give a .... about shareholders or bond holders. They're gonna milk this till there is nothing left and walk away with thier pockets stuffed with cash. I own a big stake in fortuna silver. Mr Ganoza, the chairman and CEO and founder has a compensation policy for executives....something like 70% of compensation package is performance based.....company doesn't perform, you don't get paid. That's the way it should be with all public companies but unfortunately it's only a tiny fraction of them
