If any of the shareholdeer is a lawyer and not hapy with the payment of $27 million, you should think about filing a lawsuit for excessive pay as done in the case of the CEO and Board chair of Tesla. Another example of how this type of company operates. The executives don't give a .... about shareholders or bond holders. They're gonna milk this till there is nothing left and walk away with thier pockets stuffed with cash. Oh and then they will tell us, like always in these situations, that it would have been far worse if not for the brilliant way they managed a bad situation and that ...more

I own a big stake in fortuna silver. Mr Ganoza, the chairman and CEO and founder has a compensation policy for executives....something like 70% of compensation package is performance based.....company doesn't perform, you don't get paid. That's the way it should be with all public companies but unfortunately it's only a tiny fraction of them
