The Horses broke out of the barn
Floods in the BC lower mainland valley, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, on to Hope BC......Had no warning of water flooding from the US border area...like the American farmers ---who had 48 hours advance warning---as compared to the NDP Knuckle head authoritys who again failed.. the NDP know nothing of roads, dikes, water levels, or resource management---uselless-- untill embarassed to react----getting info on what to do from who knows where----likely from the Americans or Europeans
