ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:Why can't they just announce the mine construction?

RE:RE:RE:Why can't they just announce the mine construction? It's now a race against time, as the breakout in the POG and all the money printing inevitably means the input prices for capex will be escalating substantially. Not immediately, but inevitably the devaluation of fiat currencies pushes up costs. The lag time in the early phase like right now is the sweet spot where the POG allows funding and substantial margins to be monetised. Later, the expenses start to catch up. I would think earlier is better to ink fixed price contracts and procurement commitments. JMO, I am not an industry operator - just a punter ;-)
