The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Option Agreement to Gain Up to 100% of Two Ontario Gold Projects from Sabina

Not sure what value this has for SBB, we give 100% of 2 projects in our district for merly C$50,000 in cash and 1.5 million post-consolidation shares of Prosper Gold with no royalty or anyting else attached?
How those this option benefits SBB shareholders, what % of the value of the 2.5 M shares of prospct Gold gets added to my shares position in SBB? or is this just a deal that our management keeps in their pockets for the future?
Someone with more knowledge can please explain?
