The Silver Issue IS SIGNIFICANT

Say I have 100,000 shares at 1/10th an ounce per share my "value" is 10,000 ounces at $22 equals $220,000 dollars US.

the "company" sells your shares for.3867 of 3.33 US B2

1.28 US dollars per share or $128,000 US dollars.

So for your Silver alone you get $128,000 for your royalty which is worth $220,000 US dollars. BS!

oh and they get ALL of the 10 million ounces of the highest grade open pit gold available on the planet......
