RE:DisclosureDutch - I always respect your contributions so this is not personal but what you are saying seems to imply that SCY is keeping material MOU information from stockholders. Why would an MOU that does not disclose pricing be kept from shareholders? That's not been the case up to this point and I don't even think that is permissable - it certainly does not seem to be fair to stockholders.
With all due respect I really don't think that is the case. it just makes no sense. Major milestones have been met. The notion that that no news is good news is starting to strain credulity. I don't think the Evensons are in this for the long term. Their average price per share is .06. If they could flip this now for .30 they would see a 500% gain - and they own 30% of the stock. It probably won't be difficult to get another 21% from among the growing weary retail stockholders to agree to a sale in the .30 - .60 range. My personal goal has been $1.00 to $3.00 but unless something develops soon I would tender my shares at .60 - so that's my hope at this point. The more polyanna scenario you keep proposing is certainly welcome but I don't see that happening.
Again. Nothing personal as I hope you are right and I am wrong but as of now here's hoping that the Evenson's don't flip this for less than .60.
It would be interesting to hear thoughts of other retail investors who have been in this for years as I have.
Peace.
