RE:RE:Barrick and SCY?Never trust headlines, what's likely playing out in Serbia is theft writ-large of the asset after Rio does all the heavy lifting. Rio can that it to an international court and should. They deny Rio access to the asset and later steal the asset. Happens in Albania all the time. Serbia will produce lithium it just won't be Rio doing it. SCY is the place to be because of what you say AllD. Existing mines giving a new revenue source and lower mitigation costs. But, you wouldn't know it by the way it's acting. This is an all or nothing at all risk bet on NGM saying it’s a go. As of right now SCY is still priced for failure, one guy. That needs to shift to the story at hand HPA and away from management. However even though it’s officially a 15 month process evaluation it will hinge on the six month mark as to wether or not it’s proceeding to the scale up and finding efficiencies part of the study. If NGM say's we are proceeding to the second stage of study the market will begin to price a go code in more. We will know it works at some scale and we will know they want to continue to develop this because they are seeing good results. So, where are we in the 15 month time line? I’d say we're at the 4 - 5 months window potentially 5.5 months already. So that means we hear about it in Feb, March or latest April. So hang on, we will know very soon if this partnership has a future and if the process is good enough to warrant development at scale. I suspect they insider know in the next 6 weeks. Keep an eye of the order book and other unusual activity in the share price up or down. If the HPA is a fail there's still CMR and Scandium as back up stories. As usual nothing but failure is currently priced in.
