SDE Acquires Bonavista Asset from TOU; releases 1st Qtr. $$

Any opinion on the aquired assets? It changes it's debt profile forecast for y/e '24 BUT they are adding a lot of land. Interesting Development as they did much of the same thing in the first version of SDE sold to CPG. TD12
